Founded in the early 1970s by Álvaro Caneças, Predurba has grown under the values and long-term mindset of the Caneças family, operating as a true family office dedicated to responsible, high-quality urban development across Greater Lisbon and Cascais.
The Caneças family operates through SUIÇOPOR - SGPS SA, our privately owned holding company.
Through Suiçopor, we own and control the following entities:
Predurba, S.A. – Our core real estate development company
Calper, S.A. – A property-holding company dedicated to government-leased commercial assets.
Alto do Pinhal, S.A. – Our hospitality and operations company, managing hotel assets
In addition to Suiçopor we also owns another private holding company
Paisley Finance Holdings B.V. (The Netherlands) – Our international investment platform
